The Alchemist's Hat

So! Duct tape is a wonderful medium, if you havent made anything out of it.

Here was the craft that I led for my Steampunk 4H club's last two meets: making top hats out of duct tape and materials you just have laying around.

This was mine that I made with the gang, using a regular old plastic hat as the base, tons of white tape, brown acrylic paint, feathers, a chain I had left over, vials, a scrap piece of textured vinyl, a big pin with the pin back taken off and a gem which I made myself. On the top is an alchemic circle.
