Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

Yep! This girl, stuck in seemingly endless snow, is already having her mind set on the days of sun, warmth and no more dang snow on the ground.

But really, arent we all? All of us, who are grounded in this white storm sweeping across the Tri-State Area?

ENough of the coldness though and time to get back to other stuff!

Summertime is going to be here soon, which means the season for Rennaisance Faires once again. ^^ Which also means its now the season to begin construction on a costume for it.

Good thing I have been plotting lol.

First off, I know what NOT to be. I don't want to be a faerie again, only because my wings were a pain in the ass to make as well as keep on my shirt. So no more of that. This year though we plan on doing something different: my top choice in costume is to be a faun.

ANd for all you people out there who have no idea to what a faun is, here are some answers:

A faun, if you have not gotten the idea of it, is a creature with the upper body of a human and the lower body of a goat. I think that would be pretty dang awesome to run around as at a Faire, dont you think?

But I am always open to other things. Another idea was to be an elven hunter: my mom says that my grandmother has a fox fur in her attic, which I could possibly encorperate into the costume somehow. I also already have pointed ears as well. A friend as well suggested I go as a fallen angel. Dont know how that would turn out but I'm open to it.

So I have this question to you all: What do you think I should make? Tell me any idea you may have. : )
