Literature Text

This world is dying:
Corrupted, in phoenix flames it burns.
Smoldering, bubbling, the ashes charred and spoiled.
Hands bring the end, but can they bring thy start?
A point of return, rebirthing even?

The world is dying:
The  fates of many entwined but seperated.
Should thou accept the future, it shall and will be changed.
Like sunrise, o'er the horizon It arrives
On blazing wings.

The world is dying!
My heart is rising!
Swelling, the currents smashing and a-crashing 'gainst the stone-laden shores.
The mermaid cries it's siren song, the pulse of an inner song
Intensifying!
Ascending to the leagues of gods  and deities:
Olympus arises,
And I
Shall
Conquer
This barren waste
And emerge the victor.
Just a random poem, written while listening to a music mix on YouTube.
